Crazy things Val had to do for Oliver stone in the doors 🤯🦎👑

1) cut his hair fr (and then the scene was cut 😩)

2) jump on the stage for Like 12 takes while the real Jim only did it once

3) walking on the roof of the chateau marmot

4) In this one he didn't even know he was going to do it.. Oliver made it a surprise 😬

5) And again.. This time it's hanging from the window

6) Okay I'll admit.. This one was Val's idea😀

He was bored! 😪 so he decided to jump from the stage into the crowd.. the stuntman failed to catch him and he ended up breaking his arm 🤕

7) had an actual Wiccan marriage with Kathleen Quinlan 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨 performed by a real winccan priestess (aka the real Patricia kennealy morrison🧙🗡️🩸 👀)

8) had to sing "the end" 🎶 at least 15 times until his voice went hoarse 🗣️ and he collapsed on the stage floor😢

But! Paul rothchild himself was so pleased he hugged Val for like 15 minutes and said it was perfect 😍

@robstarblog @robstaryeah pinging yall just in case so that this doesn't get lost in oblivion (It'd be painful since I worked 5 hours non stop on it lol)

I think the most time was taken by the final panel and adding in the finishing touches since I pretty much had to change everything to the pixel level, quite literally lol (I'm serious, I did)

Welp I hope the results were worth it! And with that, another one gets a good ending!!

I kinda didn't add sleeves in the first two panels of the final page because it didn't look good and looked janky with how I was editing it so yeah please ignore that-

I was at a loose end so I decided to see if I could improve on those worrying comic panels I posted the other day. These were done in the same way as my own art, using the original as a basis (which with my own stuff is a quick sketch I’ve made, usually on paper) and making alterations over the top. Not 100% happy with all of them and I’m sure no comic artist would spend the amount of time I did trying to get it right, but they’ve not come out too bad.

soooo i made comments in the tags of another piece i made about how i want to go to the beach (or a lake tbh, he's a lake guy) with him, and watch him get the zoomies in the water and just. walk around and make the 🥺 face at me when i'm sitting at the edge of the water and he wants to be close.

Art WIP: 09/06/23

Usually, I don't post WIPs here, but due to personal life events and depression, it ate most of August. I want to let ya'll know I'm still working on the end of a summer frye/shiver illustrations.

I know I am a slug, but I am a perfectionist like a certain shark tamer.

(Even though I just caught some of the illustrations riddled with mistakes... "OTL)

Anyway, I'll add another page to the already 5 pages, and of course, there will be a bonus section. Again, this will be a sweet sappy sapphic story with a little dash of spice. Frye adding in the sizzle-ness. That garam masala, which Shiver always craves.

I shall not WALK OUT this time. That was a pretty good pun!
